About this role
Role Overview
Designing and configuring Dynamics 365 CE solutions that genuinely fit how clients work
Owning delivery end-to-end — from understanding requirements through to build, testing and go-live
Acting as a go-to advisor for clients, helping them get more out of their platforms over time
Supporting and troubleshooting live environments to keep things running smoothly
Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and spotting opportunities to improve their systems
Requirements
Solid experience (5+ years) working with Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform in a client-facing role
Strong technical skills across configuration, development and solution design
Experience working in support environments (incidents, releases, changes — the usual)
Confidence working with stakeholders and translating business needs into practical solutions
A proactive mindset — someone who enjoys problem-solving, adding value and taking ownership
