Role Overview
- Evaluates day-to-day operations for designated practice areas
- Performs comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatment
- Develops treatment plans with measurable goals
- Completes goal re-assessments and discharge planning
- Provides therapy with assistive/adaptive equipment
- Trains patients and families about treatment plans
- Documents and submits patient reports and charges
- Collaborates with healthcare personnel on patient care
- Supervises Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs
- Participates in people management activities
- Coordinates staffing schedule
- Manages day-to-day operations for designated therapies
- Identifies performance improvement areas
- Conducts audits and initiates corrective actions
- Investigates and resolves customer concerns
- Identifies practice deviations and intervenes
- Supervises work and manages performance of individuals
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational therapy or Speech therapy
- Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational therapy or Speech therapy
- 3 years Clinical experience
- 2 years Leadership experience
- CPR certification from American Heart Association
- State licensing for Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA for Speech Language Pathologists
