Responsible for the overall management, reviewing customer specifications, customer meetings, sales calls, scheduling and performance of assigned projects
Develop and communicate project status and overall schedule for each project including identifying deadlines to internal and external stakeholders
Ensure project scope is clear and defined throughout the project process
Coordinate and collaborate with the electrical or mechanical team, when necessary, on team specific function
Conduct and collaborate with internal and external resources on Factory Acceptance Tests
Update Enterprise Resource Planning and project management software with project details and status
Order and coordinate with vendors when necessary equipment is purchased
Utilize project management software to track projects with detailed notes
Collaborate with Engineering to answer and complete any issues that may arise post release, with Fabrication, Assembly and Service
Travel for front end visits, installation support, or Factory Acceptance Tests of vendors equipment when required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering
4+ years of project management or related experience
CAD experience preferred
