In collaboration with the Store Manager, takes an entrepreneurial approach to driving store sales and the overall store experience
Acts as a brand representative reflective of the company values
Supports the Store Manager to elevate every aspect of the store experience through optimizing product flow, efficient store operations and visual merchandising
Cultivates a welcoming and inclusive environment by delivering genuine customer experiences
Takes an active role in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a diverse and engaged team
Provides timely and specific employee feedback
Collaborates with leadership team to assess product sell-through and identify store successes and opportunities
Increases store sales through customer service and business analysis
Maintains a well-organized, clean and presentable building
Requirements
3+ years store leadership experience
Proven record of hiring and developing great talent
Strong understanding of merchant process and ways it impacts the business
Experience in coaching, counseling, and conflict resolution
Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store, including nights, weekends, and holidays
