Assists with the alignment of development priorities with the needs of the business/functions.
Supports tracking and reporting of activity against assigned project budgets.
Supports cost-benefit and business impact analyses of alternative learning solutions.
Supports the design and plan of assigned projects.
Requirements
First level university degree; advanced university degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Typically 2-4 years in a training development role.
Good facilitation, content design, and consulting skills.
Good business and financial planning acumen.
Good leadership, communication, change management, relationship management, and project management skills.
Ability to quickly understand new tools, technologies, and systems.
