Develop well-structured, accessible datasets to deliver custom Power BI dashboards.
Contribute to environment setup and best practices, including CI/CD pipelines, data quality monitoring, and database organization.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL, and one or more data related languages such as R or Python.
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
Adept at code development best practices: GIT, branching strategies, code formatting and a keen eye for standardization.
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills.
Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake preferred), dbt, and orchestration tools like Airflow.
Skilled in creating dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Familiarity in medallion or similar layered architectures is a plus.
Knowledge of chemical industry data standards and regulations, and experience working in Agile development environments.
