About this role
Role Overview
Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial records
Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare and review ledger accounts and account reconciliations
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections follow-up
Support preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns
Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments
Maintain proper documentation and records for financial transactions
Support preparation of financial statements and reports
Handle bank reconciliations and monitor cash/bank transactions
Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/auditors
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA), CA Inter, or equivalent qualification (M. Com with relevant experience may also be considered)
2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Eye for detail and accuracy
Strong organizational skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
Team player with a proactive approach
