Assist in opening, creating, and posting job openings across different platforms.
Support the tracking of recruitment processes, maintaining communication with clients and talent consultants.
Submit candidate profiles, organize feedback, and update statuses in internal systems.
Participate in alignment meetings with clients to understand hiring profiles and needs.
Contribute to HR projects such as behavioral assessments, engagement surveys, job and salary structure, and development of training materials.
Perform administrative routines, such as organizing documents, updating spreadsheets, and preparing reports.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in the 3rd or 4th semester of a degree in Business Administration or Psychology.
Familiarity with digital tools: ATS, social networks (LinkedIn and Instagram), Canva, Google Meet, Google Workspace, and intermediate Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint).
Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection, customer service, and administrative routines.
Organized and able to manage priorities, with the capacity to handle multiple concurrent tasks.
Good verbal and written communication for interacting with clients and candidates.
Attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
Proactive with an ownership mindset, showing balanced initiative and responsibility for deliverables.
Analytical capacity to prepare assessments and interpret information.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a professional attitude, empathy, courtesy, and quality in deliveries.
Must have own laptop.
Previous HR experience, even if through academic projects or volunteer work.
