About this role
Role Overview
- Lead the technical evolution of full-stack solution architecture within our domains of operation, ensuring scalability, performance and technical sustainability
- Serve as a technical reference, influencing engineering decisions across multiple squads and promoting development best practices
- Lead significant technical initiatives, supporting the team in defining and implementing solutions
- Contribute to the evolution of architectural patterns (such as microservices, event-driven architectures and Domain-Driven Design), balancing technical quality, scalability and pragmatism
- Contribute to decisions and the evolution of hybrid strategies between traditional development and low-code solutions, supporting gains in efficiency and scale
- Design and implement integrations and automations for critical processes, ensuring reliability, traceability and data integrity
- Identify technical risks and architectural bottlenecks, proactively working with teams and business areas
- Partner with Product and Business to translate complex problems into viable, scalable technical solutions
- Support the team's technical growth through code reviews, mentoring and dissemination of best practices
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical quality, observability and maintainability of applications
Requirements
- Experience as a Software Engineer working in high-complexity environments
- Full-stack development experience using TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js and React
- Experience with software architecture (microservices, event-driven architecture, Domain-Driven Design and Clean Architecture)
- Experience with integrations via APIs, automations and building system flows
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience with AWS (Lambda, SQS, SNS, RDS, S3 or equivalent services)
- Ability to act as a technical reference, influencing decisions across multiple teams or initiatives
- Experience supporting architectural decisions with consideration for scalability, performance and technical sustainability
