Manage oncology data management initiatives
Oversee the integration, maintenance, and reporting of key data assets
Ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and integrity
Collaborate with teams across Pfizer including Digital, sales, marketing, and sales operations
Support in design, integration, and maintenance of database management systems
Manage quality control of key oncology data
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for data quality
Act as a liaison between data management and business teams
Support key projects related to development and optimization of oncology data management processes

Bachelor’s degree in data management, computer science, information systems, or a related field
Minimum of 6+ years of experience in data management, information systems, or commercial information management in the pharmaceutical industry
Strong experience with data management systems, including Snowflake, Dataiku, MDM, CRM platforms (e.g., Veeva), and cloud-based data solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure)
Proven ability to support large, complex data management projects with multiple stakeholders
Experience working with oncology-specific data preferred.
