- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCPs) and ICH guidelines
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Project management expertise
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to use Artificial Intelligence tools
