Achieve sales targets and increase market share for assigned territory
Support all clinical CRM needs with pacemaker, defibrillator and heart failure devices
Manage consignment stock
Support physicians, nurses, and cardiac technicians for all CRM clinical needs
Provide educational clinical in services to HCPs
Manage all aspects of the customer relationship; engage senior leadership as needed
Attend company sales meetings and act as a key contributor in sales meetings
Actively implement and execute sales force effectiveness initiatives to drive business growth
Utilize sales analysis tools to assist in territory planning and internal resources for customer service
Maintain accurate customer profiles
Assist with product marketing and launches
Provide market feedback on product and competitor activity
Participate in the relevant on-call roster applicable to your role

Tertiary qualifications in Medical, BioMed, Science, Nursing or Business Management field
CRM, nursing, and/or Cathlab experience is preferred
Must obtain and maintain certification as specified by Abbott
Passion for cardiology and delivering excellent customer clinical service
Willingness to travel within the assigned region, and other regions if required
Ability to work autonomously and a drive to excel
Maintain a valid driver’s licence
Excellent communication, persuasion and selling skills
