Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
10+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or related technology leadership roles.
Experience leading complex technology products and platforms at enterprise scale.
Experience building or transforming product management functions, teams, or capabilities.
Strong technical background with the ability to engage deeply with engineering and architecture teams.
Experience establishing product governance, prioritization frameworks, and portfolio management processes.
Practical experience applying AI/ML tools to improve product discovery, delivery, engineering productivity, or decision-making.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive influence skills.
Software engineering or technical architecture background preferred.
Experience leading globally distributed teams preferred.
Experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or financial services preferred.
Experience building platform products and developer-facing capabilities preferred.
