Role Overview
- Ensure recruitment tasks assigned for projects in Belgium, Switzerland or any other QQFS assigned markets are fully executed
- Reach out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone and carry out cold calling to recruit respondents
- Proactively plan, organize and implement panel recruitment solutions
- Provide updates to the project management team on progress and results
- Ensure that outsource targets for allocated markets are achieved
- Execute allocated panel building initiatives for Belgium and Switzerland
- Investigate, troubleshoot and handle inquiries and complaints
Requirements
- Degree level or equivalent or equivalent experience
- Fluency in French and English
- Preferred: Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Dutch, German
- Proficient PC skills, Microsoft Office tools, Internet, Social Media, e-mails
- Detail oriented with excellent analytical and investigative skills
