Serve as a key liaison & support resource between the customer and internal stakeholders
Collaborate with Director of Category Management, buyer and sales team to develop best-in-class category development strategies based on both qualitative and quantitative analysis
Develop actionable recommendations and plans to accelerate the growth within our categories
Analyze data, track performance, develop category reviews, and define trends
Build and enhance reporting dashboards to drive strategic business decisions
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required
3 to 5 years of experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry in category management or related fields
Required technical expertise with advanced software skills relevant to shopper research and category management functions
Experience with Costco and Costco systems is preferred but not required
High proficiency expertise in data modelling with data visualization tools
experience with Power BI, Tableau, and Power Queries is a plus
