About this role
Role Overview
Automate repetitive tasks to allow the team to focus on complex work
Manage experienced helpdesk engineers and back office team
Identify top contributors to helpdesk load and implement solutions
Own the pipeline for automation and scripting
Coach support team and manage project deliveries
Requirements
Evidence of reducing a team's ticket volume
Comfortable writing scripts that talk to APIs — Entra/Graph, ZenDesk, Intune, or similar
Proven team leadership experience
Ability to scope a project, communicate a timeline, and deliver it independently
Experience in a global, remote-first environment
