About this role
Role Overview
- Develop software that integrates cutting-edge technologies using modern C++ for robot-assisted surgical systems.
- Participate in the full development lifecycle: specifications, architecture, coding, testing and documentation.
- Design and integrate user interfaces with Qt6 connected to robotics, navigation and medical imaging systems.
- Develop algorithms related to 3D geometry, spatial transformations and changes of reference frames.
- Ensure the quality and compliance of developments through testing, code reviews, continuous integration and adherence to medical industry standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Applied Mathematics.
- Strong mastery of object-oriented development in modern C++ and solid software design practices.
- Experience with Qt, Git, CMake and industrial development environments.
- Interest or experience in 3D geometry, linear algebra or scientific computing.
- Professional working proficiency in English and ability to operate in a demanding environment subject to IEC 62304 and ISO 14971 standards.
