Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities throughout the New York market including for New York Knicks and Rangers play by play assets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, identifying opportunities for continued growth and partnership.
Develop & maintain thorough knowledge of the complete portfolio of ESPN New York’s assets.
Create customized, multi-platform marketing solutions utilizing ESPN New York's audio, digital, social, video, and event assets.
Develop and deliver compelling presentations & campaigns that align marketing strategies with partner objectives.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and local market dynamics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and delivery of partner campaigns.
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals through strategic account management and new business development.
Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to improve new business outreach, partner research, campaign development, communication, and sales effectiveness.
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ Years’ Sales Experience.
Preferably in New York local market or sports media sales
Experience selling play by play sports preferred
Existing relationships with advertisers who target sports content preferred
Strong network and relationships within the New York Community
Goal oriented and creative self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
Passion to be a part of a team and the ability to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
