Role Overview
- Partner directly with external/internal wholesalers to support retail wealth distribution
- Handle inbound advisor inquiries and ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain clean and accurate Salesforce documentation
- Schedule and coordinate meetings on behalf of wholesalers
- Support administrative logistics for advisor engagements
- Track tasks, advisor commitments, and monitor pipeline health
Requirements
- Experience in sales support/customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Knowledge of investment management or financial services a plus
