Serve as the program’s primary in-person representative across the western United States, traveling regularly to installations, recruiting events, and military-affiliated functions, with the heaviest concentration in California.
Promote the program across social media and professional networking channels with engaging, audience-aware content.
Build and grow partnerships and referral pipelines with TAP offices, command and installation contacts, National Guard units, and veteran-serving organizations.
Deliver briefings and information sessions, and guide applicants through a supportive, well-organized admissions process.
Keep applicant and pipeline records current in Salesforce and track recruitment metrics to strengthen outreach.
Requirements
Have two or more years of experience in recruitment, admissions, outreach, or workforce development.
Have worked with active-duty service members, veterans, or military-connected communities.
Are skilled at creating engaging social media content for a specific audience, or can demonstrate strong aptitude for it.
Communicate clearly and persuasively, from one-on-one conversations to large briefings.
Are organized, self-directed, comfortable with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred), and ready to travel frequently.
Nice to have (not required): Prior military service or experience as a military recruiter.
Ability to independently access military installations (for example, as a retiree, current military spouse or dependent, or eligible veteran).
A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or familiarity with DoW SkillBridge, Transition Assistance Programs (TAP), or similar transition initiatives.
