Role Overview
- lead critical operational support and/or implementation of complex services, processes, capabilities, or initiatives
- oversee performance and risk indicators
- establish process performance measurements and oversee business impact
- communicate performance statistics to internal stakeholders and senior management
- promote the production workflow and oversee escalated process issues
- independently identify and manage the resolution of exceptions and serve as a point of escalation
- coach operations process managers and team members
- ensure understanding, acceptance and support for business support services through collaboration
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry-relevant experience
- understanding of risk frameworks, including but not limited to Matters/Issues
- effective Control writing, metrics, and policy/procedures
- university / college degree or a combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience
