Provides build support for Epic & other Clinical applications as it relates to change requests, maintenance and project business demands
Responsible for configuring, documenting, testing, modifying, supporting and maintaining software applications
Builds collaborative relationships with hospital leadership, clinical department users, technology and other corporate departments
Provides solutions or resolves end-user system issues
Assists in designing, verifying, documenting, amending and refactoring moderately complex software configurations for deployment
Collaborates in reviews of work with others as appropriate
Assists in the investigation and resolution of issues relating to applications
Follows agreed procedures to identify and resolve issues with applications
Uses application management software and tools to collect agreed performance statistics
Carries out agreed applications maintenance tasks
Assists with the design of test cases and test scripts
Applies agreed standards to specify and perform manual and automated testing
Checks systems, products, services or devices for adherence to applicable standards, guidelines, style guides, and legislation
Provides first line investigation and gathers information to enable incident resolution and allocate incidents
May be part of an after-hours on-call rotation
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
