About this role
Role Overview
Responsibility for region & accounts
Manage a defined customer portfolio (brokers, agencies, developers)
Strategic expansion of existing key accounts with focus on growth and listings
New client acquisition & pipeline management
Active field sales with approximately 8 appointments per week
Independent pipeline management including forecasting in CRM
Revenue responsibility & performance
Responsible for approx. €170k MRR (~€2M annual revenue)
Client relationships & market presence
Advising decision-makers at CEO and owner level
Representation at events and active market presence in your region
Collaboration & working style
Cooperation with Inside Sales and Customer Success
Requirements
B2B field sales experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B field sales
Proven track record in new client acquisition and account expansion
Experience with digital products, SaaS or platform models
Ideally exposure to PropTech, real estate or related industries
