About this role
Role Overview
- Graphic design: create aesthetically pleasing and effective graphics/images/icons using the tool of your choice (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Copywriting: craft email copy following our ChatGPT / ASANA framework
- Klaviyo management: set up email templates in Klaviyo
- Project coordination takes place in Asana and Slack
- After an assignment is created, you typically have 2–4 days to deliver a first draft.
Requirements
- Experience in graphic design and copywriting, ideally with a structured and organized workflow in Asana
- Knowledge of email marketing; initial experience with CRM systems (Klaviyo) to create responsive email templates
- HTML skills are a plus
- Independent, reliable working style and strong self-motivation
- Language: German at native level
- You should have a freelance/business registration so you can invoice us
