You work closely with clients, partners and a creative team of event, editorial and design professionals.

Research, ideation and concept development
Organising and managing high-end events & VIP incentives
Point of contact for internal teams and external partners
Preparation of presentations, briefings, budgets and cost calculations
Participant management and comprehensive event documentation
Contract review, budget control and event accounting
On-site event support — in Germany and across Europe, frequently on weekends

Minimum 2 years' experience in event management / exclusive incentives
Familiarity with VIP audiences, premium service and high standards
A good sense for trends, exceptional venues and memorable experiences
Interest in travel, gastronomy, hospitality & brand partnerships
Able to multitask, structured and solution-oriented
Confident dealing with demanding guests on-site
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Experience with tools such as Salesforce, Jira or similar is a plus
Willingness to travel and attend events on-site — approximately 2 weekends per month
