Lead operational audits, performance reviews and continuous improvement efforts across functions.
Partner with corporate leaders to align strategy with overall business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
MBA preferred.
15+ years of experience leading large employee teams (500+) across multiple functional disciplines.
Proven ability to recruit, develop and retain high-performing leaders.
Strong background in operational leadership, performance management and data-driven decision making in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
Experience in B2B or e-commerce environments is a plus.
