Applicant management: You are the point of contact for applicants from application receipt through to contract signing.
Interviewer: You handle candidate selection and initial communications, conducting interviews with suitable applicants.
Idea contributor: You research materials and tools and support the creation and delivery of trainings and workshops.
Organizer: As part of the HR team you are a contact for our employees (including team-building activities; onboarding & offboarding; contract and reference letter preparation, etc.).
Employer branding: As part of our university/campus marketing, you identify suitable measures to attract tomorrow’s talent today.
Personnel development: Together with your team you work on expanding and reshaping personnel and leadership development.
Your own project: You will have the opportunity to lead your own project in recruiting, employer branding, or learning & development.
Requirements
You are currently enrolled as a student in a degree program in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field related to HR.
You are a strong communicator and demonstrate a proactive, independent, and conscientious working style.
You bring strong organizational skills and maintain an overview even when handling complex, time-sensitive tasks.
You have excellent German and good English skills and are proficient with common MS Office applications.
Ideally, you already have some practical experience in HR or learning & development.
