Collaborate to support and execute marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate logistics and materials for recruiting events, career fairs and other outreach efforts.
Research industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and increased brand visibility.
Create and manage digital content across multiple channels, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
Develop newsletters, flyers, presentations, and other communications to engage employees, candidates, and external audiences.
Monitor and maintain the company’s presence across social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
Support the planning and execution of company-sponsored events, employee recognition programs, and community engagement initiatives.
Handle sensitive information with professionalism, sound judgment, and a high level of confidentiality.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is desired
A minimum of 0-3 years of professional experience is required
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is recommended, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience in graphic design tools (i.e. QuarkExpress, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, or Flash)
