About this role
Role Overview
Manage vacancies end to end, from initial intake through to offer and onboarding.
Partner closely with hiring managers to shape role requirements, create clear hiring documentation, and define an approach that fits each role.
Own and progress vacancies, including how roles are marketed, how candidates are assessed, and how processes move forward.
Act as a consistent point of contact for hiring managers, ensuring hiring activity is organised, visible, and delivered to plan.
Build talent pipelines, identifying and engaging future candidates ahead of demand.
Contribute to how we attract talent more effectively.
Support initiatives across automation, tooling, and process improvement to enhance recruitment delivery.
Requirements
Experience managing recruitment processes end to end across multiple vacancies
Experience developing and adapting hiring strategies based on role requirements and market conditions
Ability to partner with hiring managers, providing clear guidance, updates, and recommendations
Experience producing hiring documentation such as role summaries and job adverts
Experience coordinating interviews, managing feedback, and supporting hiring decisions
Comfortable using recruitment systems and tools, including ATS platforms
Able to manage workload independently while operating within a wider TA or HR function
Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with data protection requirements
Experience using direct sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pools (Desirable)
Experience working in a structured, process driven TA environment (Desirable)
Exposure to recruitment automation or AI supported tools (Desirable)
Experience contributing to TA process improvements or change initiatives (Desirable)
Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience) (Desirable)
