Manage Sales Infrastructure: Act as the administrative and technical backbone of the sales process, mastering internal systems and workflows to enable effective sales execution.
Maintain Data Integrity: Take ownership of accuracy, organization, and follow-through to ensure CRM data, reports, and deal documentation remain highly consistent.
Support Commercial Teams: Collaboratively support sales colleagues by handling required preparation work and proactively tracking project deliverables.
Facilitate Clear Communication: Maintain open, structured, and clear communication channels across internal stakeholders and sales team members.
Requirements
1-2 years in a fast paced environment, in back office coordination, sales operations role or equivalent.
Knowledge of HubSpot, with good understanding of process and workflow execution
Proficiency in German (C1) and English (C1)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Enthusiasm for data and data analysis
Strong critical thinking and ability to deal with complexity
