You are the main point of contact for all finance-related questions for the executive management and our tax advisor
You are responsible for the month-end close and ensure that all figures are correctly and accurately posted.
You define and continuously monitor KPIs to achieve our operational and strategic objectives.
You establish and manage ongoing liquidity planning and control to ensure our cash position is optimally planned and always secured.
You act as the sponsor of our financial planning and coordinate the quarterly forecast process across all business units.
You coordinate our monthly performance reviews and scrutinize KPI developments from a finance perspective.
You build up cost controlling from scratch and create cost transparency in a fast-growing environment.
As a business partner, you liaise with all company departments and support them with analyses to enable financially sound decision-making.
You develop new processes for preparatory accounting and are responsible for ensuring that incoming and outgoing invoices are processed, coded, and paid digitally whenever possible.

Completed commercial training and/or degree with initial experience in finance and/or controlling
Strong interest in continuous improvement and optimization
Digitally savvy and comfortable working with BI tools and ERP systems, with solid Excel skills
Analytical and strategic mindset; you focus on solutions rather than problems
Decisive and hands-on mentality
Strong communication and moderation skills that make it easy for you to build strong cross-functional relationships
Ideally, experience with Agicap, Datev, and Google Sheets
