Role Overview
- Own and improve Cape's CI/CD and build infrastructure
- Build and maintain internal tooling and environments for developers
- Evaluate and integrate AI-assisted development tools
- Collaborate with platform, product, and security teams to enhance developer experience
- Identify and eliminate friction within the engineering organization
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development
- Proficiency in cryptographic primitives and 5G core network functions
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and strategies
- Understanding of security and compliance constraints for developer workflows
