Role Overview
- Provide legal advice for complex external growth projects
- Structure and contribute to M&A, restructuring, partnerships and infrastructure concession projects
- Ensure legal security of files, participate in due diligence
- Draft and negotiate contractual documentation
- Manage signing/closing/post-closing periods
Requirements
- Strong academic background in civil and business law
- At least 6 years' experience in international industrial group or business law firm
- Expertise in managing public infrastructure cessions
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work autonomously while proposing solutions
- Solid understanding of corporate law and M&A projects
