Support the delivery of TUPE transfers, including employee data collation, due diligence activity, consultation preparation and coordination, and post-transfer integration support.
Work closely with HRBPs, Legal and operational stakeholders to ensure compliant and efficient transfer processes.
Provide professional advice and guidance to managers on UK employment law, HR policies and best practice.
Manage a broad range of employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance and probation matters.
Ensure all casework is managed proactively, with accurate documentation and within appropriate risk frameworks.
Escalate complex or high-risk matters to the HRBP or Legal where appropriate.
Liaise with Payroll, HR Shared Services and Global Talent Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee lifecycle transactions.
Prepare contractual documentation, letters and change communications where required.
Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems (e.g. SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors).
Support compliance activity, including right-to-work checks, data protection requirements and audit readiness.
Build strong, credible relationships with line managers and project stakeholders, acting as a trusted point of contact for HR advice.
Support managers in applying consistent and fair people management practices across teams.
Deliver briefings or guidance sessions on HR policies, change activity and key people processes.
Provide pragmatic, commercially aware solutions aligned to business needs and project objectives.
Support the delivery of transformation and change initiatives, including restructures, mobilisation activity and integration programmes.
Contribute to HR workstreams within the wider project plan, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.
Assist with cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, engagement surveys and compensation processes.
Analyse and report on HR data (e.g. headcount, absence, turnover) to support decision-making.
Ensure all HR activities are compliant with UK employment legislation and internal policies.
Support the review and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and templates.
Participate in internal audits, governance activities and risk mitigation processes.
Promote best practice in employee relations, diversity & inclusion, and ethical working standards.
Requirements
2-4 years’ experience in an HR generalist or advisory role within a UK environment.
Demonstrable experience supporting TUPE transfers, organisational change, or transformation programmes.
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law (Ireland knowledge desirable).
Experience partnering with managers and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using HR systems (e.g. SAP, Workday, SuccessFactors or similar).
CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards) preferred.
Experience operating in a transformation or high-change environment
Exposure to TUPE, restructures and organisational change activity
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Commercially aware, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
Ability to manage sensitive and complex issues with discretion
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
