Receive and process hiring requests; manage timelines, expectations and information gathering with our internal stakeholders
Be accountable for offer letter creation and new hire document administration
Act as the main point of contact for our hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process; manage escalations by directing to appropriate parties
Liaise with external vendors as it relates to completing candidate due diligence checks
Maintain and update Talent Acquisition documents and data files as required
Requirements
Post-Secondary education in Business, Human Resources or a related field
1+ years’ of experience in HR administration, ideally with exposure to Talent Acquisition
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Human Resources Information System (HRIS) System and/or Workday is considered an asset
Highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities
A strong sense of urgency with excellent follow-up and communication skills
Ability to anticipate needs, recognize problems and offer creative solutions
