Serve as the primary HR interface for the International Sales business unit, covering EMEA and APAC, delivering core HR initiatives and business unit-specific projects
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, people leaders, and functional team members to proactively identify and support evolving business needs
Partner with Sales leadership to develop and execute people strategies that drive commercial performance, sales culture, and organisational health
Translate business priorities into HR solutions, including talent planning, workforce design, and team effectiveness initiatives
Provide expert coaching and guidance on talent-related initiatives including performance management, career development, and succession planning
Support core people programmes and processes including salary reviews, talent reviews, and annual performance cycles
Coach and enable people managers to lead more effectively, with particular attention to remote and cross-cultural leadership across international markets
Partner with Talent Acquisition to support strategic hiring, workforce planning, and onboarding across EMEA and APAC
Manage complex employee relations issues, applying knowledge of local employment legislation across EMEA and APAC jurisdictions
Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation, ensuring compliance with local laws while maintaining consistency with global BeyondTrust policy
Counsel employees and managers on sensitive matters with discretion, empathy, and sound judgement
Advise on organisational change, restructures, and workforce transitions across multiple geographies
Analyse people data and surface trends to inform decisions and improve organisational health across the international sales population
Collaborate closely with Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Learning & Development teams to ensure seamless delivery of the employee experience
Serve as a culture carrier for BeyondTrust values, championing inclusion and belonging across diverse international teams
Requirements
4+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, ideally supporting international or global sales organisations
Experience operating across EMEA and/or APAC markets, with strong understanding of regional employment law and cultural nuances
Track record of advising and influencing senior business leaders on people strategy and organisational effectiveness
Experience managing complex employee relations matters across multiple jurisdictions
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation
Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy to commercial outcomes
Ability to build trust, credibility, and lasting relationships through expertise, integrity, and follow-through
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and rapid organisational change
Fluency in data analysis to identify trends and inform recommendations
