Role Overview
- Act as a strategic partner to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients
- Lead the development and delivery of impactful Medical Affairs programs
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide strategic counsel
- Oversee programs supporting scientific exchange and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful program delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences (advanced degree, preferred)
- Previous experience working in a medical communications environment
- A strong strategic and leadership background
- A proven track record of exceptional staff, project and client management experience
- Excellent project management skills
- Line management experience
- Experience supporting products across pre-launch, launch, and lifecycle management
- Strong therapy area experience
- Excellent financial understanding with experience of budgeting and forecasting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
