Lead the technical strategy and execution of natural gas power generation projects integrated with battery energy storage systems (BESS)
Build and scale a multidisciplinary engineering organization
Establish systems and standards for consistent project delivery
Provide technical leadership across development, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations
Develop engineering governance frameworks and scalable workflows
Recruit, onboard, mentor, and retain engineering talent
Oversee engineering execution across multiple concurrent projects
Ensure compliance with engineering codes and industry standards
Support commissioning and startup activities with technical guidance

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
15+ years of progressive engineering experience within the power generation industry
Significant experience supporting reciprocating engine and/or gas turbine power plant projects
Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary engineering teams across mechanical, electrical, civil/structural, and instrumentation and controls disciplines
Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously through development, design, construction, and commissioning phases
Strong familiarity with major OEM platforms such as Caterpillar, Wärtsilä, GE, and Jenbacher/INNIO
Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards, including NFPA, IEEE, ASME, API, and related regulatory requirements
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent professional accreditation preferred
