Ensure adherence to execution KPIs (including: bar displays, menu listings, speed/quality of execution, positive customer feedback).
Activation excellence: plan, lead and manage the overall execution of the brand activation calendar in line with the MWB and support project planning.
Customize and implement tailored programs (according to brand guidelines).
Brand-themed activities: Sundowners, Pool Parties, Cocktail Week, etc.
Plan, lead and execute the bar staff training calendar for the portfolio.
Ensure the training and development of the execution team through hands-on training.
