About this role
Role Overview
Assist importer and exporter clients by providing information on current legislation governing the import and export of goods.
Prepare, issue, and analyze reports on shipment volume and cargo clearance times.
Coordinate outsourced services provided by customs brokers and carriers.
Prepare customs clearance reports containing information on the number of processes handled.
Manage the team by delegating tasks and monitoring execution.
Analyze processes and working methods to identify bottlenecks.
Keep up to date with changes in the client's environment and external conditions.
Ensure that departmental processes comply with the applicable requirements of ISO 9001:2015.
Requirements
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree.
Preferred education: pursuing postgraduate studies.
5 years of experience in Foreign Trade.
Excel – intermediate level
Preferred: English – advanced level
