About this role
Role Overview
Grant, modify, and revoke access to corporate systems in accordance with internal information security policies, SoD (segregation of duties) matrices, and standardized access profiles;
Handle the service ticket queue (incidents, requests, and inquiries) within SLA targets;
Perform operational identity and access management routines (provisioning/modification and deprovisioning of accounts, group/profile adjustments, recertifications, account unlocks, password resets);
Support user onboarding and offboarding, ensuring adherence to processes, checklists, and established timelines;
Conduct basic analyses of access conflicts (SoD) and escalate to the responsible team when risks or exceptions are identified;
Collaborate on periodic access reviews (recertification campaigns), organizing evidence and tracking outstanding items;
Recommend operational improvements (workflow optimization, templates, simple automations, and profile standardization) and document procedures (SOPs);
Actively participate in team meetings, sharing status updates, risks, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities;
Support internal and external audits with evidence of access grants, approvals, and audit trails;
Ensure compliance with relevant standards (ISO/IEC 27001, LGPD) in day-to-day IAM activities;
Interact with partner areas (IT, Security, Audit, HR, Business) to align and resolve tickets;
Record and monitor operational metrics (SLA, backlog, average response time, recurrence) and support action plans.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in IT, Information Security, Information Systems, or related fields;
Active Directory (users, groups, OUs, basic password policies, group membership);
Excel (intermediate to advanced) for list management, reconciliations, and evidence handling;
ITIL (basic): incidents, requests, changes, and SLAs;
Familiarity with ISO/IEC 27001 (access control-related controls) and an understanding of LGPD as applied to access management (principles of least privilege and need-to-know).
