About this role
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end supply chain operations across demand planning, supply planning, production, logistics, and distribution.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives that improve supply chain effectiveness and support long-term business objectives.
Drive operational excellence through process improvement, scalability initiatives, and performance optimization.
Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and improve business outcomes.
Lead a large, cross-functional supply chain organization, including multiple people leaders and direct reports.
Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams focused on service, efficiency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Create a strong succession pipeline through coaching, development planning, and talent management.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive culture that supports employee engagement and organizational growth.
Partner closely with Product, Sourcing, Quality, Operations, and Commercial teams to ensure successful product delivery.
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to leverage best practices and drive alignment across functions.
Support product quality initiatives, post-sales processes, and operational risk mitigation efforts.
Establish and monitor performance metrics across supply chain functions.
Identify opportunities to improve service levels, cost efficiency, inventory management, and overall operational effectiveness.
Ensure processes, systems, and teams are positioned to support future business growth and increasing complexity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive leadership experience within apparel, consumer products, or a related industry.
Demonstrated experience managing complex global supply chain operations from planning through execution.
Proven success leading large teams and developing people leaders within a cross-functional environment.
Strong analytical and business acumen with experience leveraging data to improve operational performance.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
MBA or advanced degree (preferred).
Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-category product organizations (preferred).
Background working within fast-growing, globally distributed consumer goods businesses (preferred).
