Manage Aero demand planning serving as the primary point of contact for commercial and ITR teams.
Assist in the collection, validation, and analytics and communication of global sales data.
Ensure timely and accurate inputs for monthly operating reviews.
Partner with commercial teams to audit sales and order pipelines.
Proactively identify data inconsistencies and resolve gaps that impact pipeline analytics.
Contribute to periodic leadership reviews and communication packages.
Apply Lean thinking to identify legacy processes and process gaps and assist in the implementation of simplified solutions for Sales Operations.
Provide analytical support for leadership, including scenario planning and data deep-dives to support strategic decision-making.
Leverage AI-driven tools to enhance data analytics, automate reporting, and streamline communication.
Develop and document standard work procedures to ensure consistent, reliable, and easily understood business reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance or related discipline from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of experience
5 years of demonstrated experience of Strategic Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Commercial Finance roles, in the power industry.
