Own end-to-end performance reporting for TNT Sports on HBO Max, ensuring the right metrics are defined, tracked, analyzed, and communicated to support business growth across internal teams, league partners, and external stakeholders.
Work cross-functionally with HBO Max merchandising, strategy, and marketing teams, along with TNT Sports programming and marketing stakeholders, to evaluate content performance, surface actionable insights, and develop strategies that drive audience engagement and business growth.
Develop analytical and financial models to evaluate business performance and validate new initiatives, including the ability to work deeply in datasets, assess key drivers such as MAUs, funnel performance, engagement, retention, and churn, and translate findings into actionable insights.
Support AI-driven initiatives across TNT Sports, identifying opportunities to apply emerging tools to create custom solutions, automate workflows, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the fan experience.
Assist with TNT Sports Ventures and key strategic partner initiatives, including market research, business analysis, presentation development, partner evaluation, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Document, manage, and improve operational processes across business operations initiatives, including developing project requirements, maintaining status updates, tracking progress, and creating visibility for key stakeholders.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in strategy, business operations, business development and/or consulting roles
Ability to distill complex business situations into clear problems to solve
Experience presenting to senior level executives
Meaningful experience building complex business financial models
Deep analytics and data experience
Experience working in a digital media businesses
Experience working in, or at least familiarity with, AI technology
