Ensure generation of qualified pipeline for enterprise sales by leading the outbound BDR team with excellence in execution, data analysis, and commercial intelligence
Lead, train, and develop a team of 3 outbound BDRs
Design and monitor prospecting cadences focused on large accounts
Use data and analysis to generate lookalike prospecting lists, prioritizing accounts with the highest conversion potential
Ensure efficient management of pre-sales KPIs and pipeline
Use tools such as Apollo, Cortex, Sales Navigator, and advanced Excel for market intelligence
Work closely with Sales and Marketing to align ICP, messaging, and account prioritization
Report results and pipeline forecasts to the executive team
Continuously improve pre-sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks
Requirements
Previous experience leading pre-sales (BDR/SDR) or outbound sales teams, preferably in B2B SaaS (Enterprise accounts)
Proven track record of meeting pipeline generation targets
Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel proficiency and funnel metrics expertise
Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot
Familiarity with prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, Cortex)
Experience in consultative selling to large accounts (long cycles, multiple decision-makers)
Hands-on and strategic mindset, able to execute while also planning
Excellent communication and leadership skills
