About this role
Role Overview
- Design and implement training programs (on-site, with occasional virtual sessions).
- Train SDRs and BDRs on core sales skills: prospecting, closing, objection handling, and follow-up.
- Provide individual and group coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with Sales and HR teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Track KPIs and optimize training programs accordingly.
- Create and update training materials to reflect best practices.
- Foster a continuous learning culture across the sales organization.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in sales (ideally as a BDR/SDR).
- 1–2 years of experience in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of the full sales cycle.
- Proven experience in sales training and coaching.
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Apollo, or similar).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire early-career professionals.
