Senior Accountant

Role Overview

• Oversee complex tax preparation and financial reporting
• Serve as a primary advisory contact for clients
• Supervise, mentor, and review deliverables of junior accounting staff
• Ensure highest standards of accuracy and compliance
• Handle inquiries and manage multi-client projects under tight deadlines
• Leverage accounting software (QuickBooks) and advanced tax preparation platforms

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of solid background in public accounting, corporate tax preparation, and client-facing advisory roles.
• Proven ability or strong potential to manage, train, and audit the output of junior accounting professionals.
• Solid, comprehensive knowledge of diverse US tax structures (Individual, Corporate, Partnership, and Trusts).
• Proficient with QuickBooks and standard tax preparation systems.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level) paired with fluent Spanish for seamless international client communication.
