Resolve, organize and prioritize escalations/issues daily, through troubleshooting and coordinating other internal departments
Coordinates activities and communicates status to Program Management, through updating program documentation and coordinating with other internal departments
Performs various testing and quality controls, through monitoring of reporting, IVR, text, and/or websites
Assist in creating meeting minutes and creating meeting agendas through working with program managers and taking detailed notes during internal and external client meetings
Creates and updates financial tracking document with invoice status, through utilizing internal reports from finance
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelors; business, marketing, or communications preferred or equivalent experience
0-2 years of administrative work
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
