Role Overview

• Support implementation consulting activities by assisting with customer discussions and gathering requirements
• Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to support implementation execution
• Contribute to operational improvement initiatives by documenting recurring questions and identifying workflow inefficiencies

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience supporting software implementations, customer onboarding initiatives, or technology projects
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Technology, Finance, or a related field
• Foundational understanding of software implementation and customer onboarding concepts
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills related to technical troubleshooting
