Create visual concepts and campaigns aligned with brand strategy and market trends.
Ensure consistency of the visual identity across all channels and communications.
Develop creative concepts and art direction for advertising campaigns.
Produce assets and adaptations for channels such as Branding, CRM, and Social Media.
Participate in the creation of key visuals, guidelines, and 360° campaigns.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Performance teams.
Translate business needs into strategic visual solutions.

Strong experience in design with a background in art direction.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Microsoft Office.
A strong portfolio in branding, campaigns, and digital projects.
Deep knowledge of visual communication and strategic design.
Active participation in brainstorming sessions and development of creative concepts.
Experience working on B2C and B2B projects.
Knowledge of 3D design and motion (not required, but a plus).
Experience with generative AI tools applied to design (not required, but a plus).
